The online store Gorila Fitness offers a shipping service to Canada via Purolator, Canada Post or FastFrate. The cost of shipping is automatically calculated when you place an order. Make sure the details in the "delivery address" are accurate. If the system is unable to calculate shipping costs for your order, please do not hesitate to contact us by email or to call us.

You will receive your order within 5-7 days from the date of payment. Steel items can take up to 10 business days to ship, you could receive your order within 2-3 weeks from the date of payment.

Oversized items will be shipped by FastFrate.

Please note that Gorila Fitness is not responsible for packages unclaimed, expenses related to reshipping or costs related to the return or returns.

USA

The online store Gorila Fitness offers a shipping service to the United States via USPS, Fedex or UPS. The cost of shipping is automatically calculated when you place an order. In-store pickup

Gorila Fitness is not a retail store. There is always a possibility for local pick-up for small or large order but you would have to contact us in order to get an appointement. The process of local pickup may take up to 10-15 business days. We will contact you by phone or email to notify when your order is ready to be picked up.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, return it within 14 days of delivery to obtain a credit note (except for transport costs) or an exchange. Products returned must be new, along with their proof of purchase and must include the original packaging. Exchanges

Exchanges are done at our warehouse or by mail (shipping charges are the customer's expense). You must contact us before any product exchange at info@gorilafitness.ca or by phone at 450-658-1419.

Defective goods

Defective goods must be returned to Gorila Fitness HQ for warranty repair or replacement. Contact us before returning any product, info@gorilafitness.ca by email or by phone at 450-658-1419.
